Opps I did it again... My Tranny sister!

Once again my Tranny sister got another DUI in San Diego. While she was driving to San Diego, she got a her first DUI (driving under the influence) in Los Angeles. The reason that my tranny sister was going to San Diego was going to celebrate her recent structured settlement that she won against the Dick Cheney friends at Haliburton in the case of Asbestos inhalation. You have to understand that Abestos, leads to mesothelioma. What science also hasn't mentioned is thats what makes you a tranny in the first place! If only Dick Cheney's friends at Haliburton knew they would havehad a class action lawsuit from abestos and then would have to have structured settlement. With the structured settlement at least my tranny sister was able get some new bolt on boobs! Thank goodness for structured settlements and class action lawsuits.

Adventures in San Diego!!!

San Diego is the DUI capital of California. I went down to San Diego to get drunk one last time with my transvestite sister who is dying of mesothelioma from all the asbestos she inhaled while working in the roofing factory. I got drunk and low and behold, I got another DUI. Between the Lawyer Bills, the elementary school loan consolidation process coupled with the credit card debit I am going to have to declare bankruptcy. It is a good thing I'm thinking about getting a no interest mortgage. Needless to say, my auto insurance quotes have skyrocketed. I talked to my tranny sister and she suggested that I get a consolidation loan from DiTech or consider a Citibank student loan consolidation. Once I find a San Diego DUI Attorney I'll need to set up my teleconference services. If things go badly I might have to sell my structured settlement and partial cash settlement that I received when I was hit by the UPS truck as a child. Thank god my tranny sister has structured settlement from her from her botched Lasik procedure she had done in New York.

Never mind that I already have student loans and mortgage payment. the best thing to do is consolidate those loans, into one same low interest rate credit card. Subject: Violation of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) Title 38 U.S.C. 4311 (a). Request Department of Labor open an investigation and file a claim against the Target Corporation for violations against USERRA.

Recently, I returned from the Camp Fallujah, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with the United States Marine Corps. As my active duty orders where to expire in early June, I chose to look for a new civilian employment. In early May, I applied for a position at the Target Corporation via their on-line career website. On May 30th I had my first telephone interview with MM. The interview went well and I was told that I would be called the following week to go the next stage of the interviews. On June 6th I had an interview with Mrs. D the store team leader (california).

In my opinion of the second interview, I was lead to believe that it went well; however, during course of the interview the follow discussion took place.
Mrs. D asked, “Are you going to deploy to Iraq again?”
CH: “First off, be advised you are not allowed to ask that question. And the answer is no, I will not redeploy, I’m not currently under contract.”
Mrs. D: “So you are done.”
CH: “No, not quite. In a few weeks have 13 years in the service, I will still be reservist.”
Mrs. Doushgounian: “What does that involve?”
CH: “That means one weekend a month, and two weeks in the summer.”
After this conversation, the topic moved on to the next subject. At the end of I was told that the district office would contact me and I was given a Target information package. I also signed release forms to allow Target Corporation to check my credit report and authorization for a drug test as required.

On Monday, June 19th Mr. M contacted me via the phone. He told me that there was communication gap between him and Mrs. D and someone would be contacting me soon. On June 28th I contacted Mr. M to find out the status of my application process. Mr. M, called back and stated that Target was not interested in my services and gave no explanation. When pressed for an explanation Mr. M stated the scripted corporate line, “Target was no longer interested in my services”.

In retrospect, there is no doubt in my mind I’m clearly qualified for the position of senior executive team leader at Target. As a commissioned officer in the united States Marines Corps, a member of the Battalion Staff of a Provisional Military Police Battalion, an impeccable combat service record and a MBA student at Pepperdine University there is clearly no logical explanation for not proceeding to the next round of interviews with Target Corporation, other than out right discrimination. (My resume is available upon request)

Clearly, this an absolute and blatant violation of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and specifically a violation of Title 38 U.S.C. 4311 (a):
“A person who is a member of, applies to be a member of, performs, has performed, applies to perform, or has an obligation to perform service in a uniformed service shall not be denied initial employment, reemployment, retention in employment, promotion, or any benefit of employment by an employer on the basis of that membership, application for membership, performance of service, application for service, or obligation.”

The “motivating factor” for this discrimination is clearly my continued involvement in the Marine Corps Reserves. The position of senior executive team leader would require me to work every other weekend. Clearly my reserve commitment or “one weekend a month” commitment would prove very difficult for the store schedule to manage. This does not even consider my two-week annual training or the possibility of redeploying.

I have been in the Marine Corps Reserves for over 13 years. Without a doubt I’m proud to be a Marine and my service in the Untied States Marine Corps. I have been to the front lines and I have served proudly. Under no circumstances will I tolerate any form of discrimination leveled at myself because of my service and continued service in the Marine Corps Reserve. I would like clear explanation as to why I was discriminated against at Target Corporation; the burden of proof now lies in Target Corporation’s court.

To Senators and Congresswoman: Regardless of party affiliation, the reality is that reservist and guard members are coming home to face ignorance and discrimination in the workforce. The National Guard and Reservist have protected America from terrorist and enemies of the state, now it’s time to return the favor by protecting them when they return.

BoingBoing was so kind to place the Google water up on your site back in Jan. while I was in Camp Fallujah, Iraq.

As you might remember I placed the water up for charity auction on Ebay to benefit the Fisher house. Unfortunately the all-powerful Google had my Ebay site shut down my auction, due to copyright violations. Luckily the highest bidder contacted me outside of Ebay and we were able to make a donation to the Fisher house for $130.

I’m back from Iraq and have brought some Google water back with me. Unfortunately there are Marines and service members who will not be returning to their families. Since Ebay will not allow me to auction off the water for charity. I would like to sell the bottle of water for a $500 donation to the Fisher house. The specific can be worked out between buyer and myself. Or if any of the staff of boingboing or readers know a better way to auction this off please inform me and I will adjust appropriately.

Recently far too much attention has been paid to the two ABC journalist (Woodruff & Vogt) who were victims of the IED attack en route to Taji, Iraq. This unfortunately is a terrible sad situation.

The two journalists were riding in with members of an Iraqi Army division, instead of with the 4th infantry division. (Who was escorting them.) As we all know, their vehicle came under attack by an IED. Why were the two journalists the only ones injured in the attack? Why were there no other injuries, wounded, or casualties in the attack? The answer is a rather simple.

The two journalists were not wearing their helmets. Did the shrapnel only attack their heads? Any Kevlar helmet issued to reporters or privately purchased would easily stop a majority of the effects caused by the explosion. The helmet would also prevent injuries to their head as the blast slammed their head against the door or the front seat. The reality is that the journalist where not wearing their helmets. They were wearing their protective flack vests, but it is all too easy for an undisciplined reporter to take off their helmet on long convoys.

As we have seen in the past week, nothing but adulation for the journalist. They have been placed on type of pedestal as if they are serving a greater purpose. I hate to bring them off their high horse, but if they were wearing the proper safety gear, this wouldn’t be an issue. There are 130,000 military service members that are doing nothing more than fighting for there life everyday. Some of these service members believe they are bring the democracy to the people of Iraqi. This is what the media needs to focus on the daily sacrifices of the US military.

Instead, the media is all swooning over themselves about the countless sacrifices they make to in “reporting” the concept of the “truth”. Has the news media become so self serving; they believe a journalist occupation is more important than that of the mission of the military. Try reporting some actual news, instead reporting this self serving news. If the news media / journalist is so concerned about the truth, then try report it in the first place. (i.e. they weren’t wearing their helmets)

Google's attempt to take over the world.

Recently, I was on the leading edge of journalism, when I discovered Google attempt to take over the world with there own brand of water. I will have to give them credit, because they start over here in Iraq / middle east. Once they control the people with there water, then I suspect they will start to control the oil.

Unfortunatley, Ebay is in on the deal as well and they shut down my auction.

So on the downlow, let me know if you are interested in some mind controling google water.
