Home purchase

About a year ago I purchase a home in southern California. I not to worried because I got it at the right time. It's a good property in West Los Angeles, although taxes are a little high, I believe that I will be fine because I have 5 year ARM and have not had the need to refinance. I could use some debt consolidation, on my outrageous credit card debt, but I hope to refinance at some point. Thank God I don't have mesothelioma.
